Before we left good 'ol Florida we had a super nice brunch with some of Beau's coastie friends at McGuire's!

truck not even close to being full! and we enjoyed a nice picnic in the truck while it rained... :)
so I thought I was getting really good gas mileage...
then at this point I called my brother to brag about my mileage...
um, yeah, my car is pretty awesome!
Day 1 & 2 we drove through Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, and just made it into New Mexico.
After the craziness of packing the entire house ourselves and driving like crazies for two days we made it to our first destination: Colorado Springs on day 3!
